Cyberpunk 2077 is removed from the PS Store
Sony has promised to give a refund to everyone who bought Cyberpunk 2077 from the PlayStation digital store.
A few days ago and in the midst of the wave of criticism that the game unleashed for the enormous amount of graphical errors and bugs, a conflict with the digital version of the title on PlayStation arose when millions of buyers requested a refund for the game. At that time and given the strict guidelines of the PlayStation Store, it was hinted that returns for the title would be something extremely difficult to do, but now, Sony has finally spoken out about it.
Through a statement, the company confirmed that they will proceed with returns of Cyberpunk 2077 that have been made through its digital store. To request it, it will be sufficient for buyers to contact Sony via playstation.com/es-mx/cyberpunk-2077-refunds/.
Additionally, to avoid any future inconvenience, the decision was made to withdraw the game entirely from the PlayStation Store until further notice.
SIE strives to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, and we will begin to offer a full refund for all gamers who have purchased Cyberpunk 2077 via PlayStation Store and want a refund. Please visit the following link to initiate the refund: https://t.co/DEZlC0LmUG.
